Hello and welcome! I’m Anna, the founder of Asaya.  I am an experienced holistic yoga and mindfulness instructor.  My offerings are created with the intention of engaging all aspects of your mind, body, and soul. I offer in-person and virtual classes in yoga and mindfulness as well as retreats, workshops, adventures, and community offerings.

My highest purpose is to is to be of service to my students through my teachings. I am happy to serve you as you pursue happiness, health, and fulfillment in your life.
