Hello and welcome! I’m Anna, the founder of Asaya Yoga. I am an experienced holistic yoga and mindfulness instructor. My offerings are created with the intention of engaging all aspects of your mind, body, and soul. I offer in-person and virtual classes in yoga and mindfulness as well as retreats, workshops and community offerings.
My highest purpose is to is to be of service to others through yoga and mindfulness as they pursue happiness, health, and fulfillment in their lives.
