I mentor individuals, especially young women, using somatic inquiry, mindfulness, breathing, movement and relaxation techniques to manage anxiety and reduce stress. Embodied awareness practices that support resilience, cultivate gratitude, well-being and focus are some of the tools I use to educate, support and uplift those that I work with. Ultimately to each practitioner to find their most skillful and fulfilled life.

While I do have significant experience in leveraging this tradition to help people with this work, I am not a licensed therapist.
