Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Vigorous sun salutations, standing poses, arm balances & backbends, with focus on gaze point guided by a steady breath.

Time: Saturdays, 5:00 – 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time, U.S. & Canada).

Skill Level: Yogis with some yoga experience and for those who are looking for a challenging class.

Yin (Restorative Yoga)

Yin, or restorative yoga, what is known as the other half of yoga targets our joints, the connective tissues, ligaments, fascia and the bones. Most commonly known yoga forms are Yang style, the more active that targets the muscles. A safe and accessible class for all body shapes and health conditions, designed to restore and reboot with a series of postures and movements that are designed to alleviate tightness and soreness and give your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection.

Time: Sundays, 5:00 – 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time, U.S. & Canada).

Skill Level: No prior yoga experience necessary.

Meditation and Mindful Movement

Gentle mindful movement, pranayama, meditation, and chanting.

Time: Saturdays, 9:00 – 10:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time, U.S. & Canada).
