Tuesdays 7:30 – 8:15 PM gentle/hatha yoga

An excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are held for several breaths to ensure proper alignment, balance and build strength and enhance flexibility. No flow or sun salutations. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Saturdays 5:00 – 6:00 PM challenging vinyasa yoga

A dynamic practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Vigorous sun salutations, standing poses, arm balances & backbends, with focus on gaze point guided by a steady breath. Yogis with some yoga experience and for those who are looking for a challenging class.

Sundays 5:00 – 6:00 PM yin/restore yoga

Yin/Restore yoga, what is known as the other half of yoga targets our joints, the connective tissues, ligaments, fascia and the bones. Most commonly known yoga forms are Yang style, the more active that target the muscles. Safe and accessible class for all body shapes and health conditions, designed to restore and reboot with a series of postures and movements that is designed to alleviate tightness/soreness and give your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection. No prior yoga experience necessary.
