Join Anna for this all levels, two-hour workshop that will enlighten your practice and elevate your knowledge of yoga. One of the greatest difficulties in our fast-paced and over-stimulating culture is that we lose touch with ourselves and with what matters most. Mindfulness is a powerful tool that can train the heart and mind in order to cope with the stress of living. This active workshop includes gentle yoga and covers a variety of mindfulness practices on and off the mat. Any level of meditation practice will be nourished and all participants come away with tools for balance and resiliency in daily life.
