Customized one-on-one sessions
Classes crafted to meet each yogi’s unique needs. I can address any particular discomfort —whether it is your shoulders, wrists, low back or knees — and I will craft yoga sequences to improve the issue (or work around them safely). We will track your progress over time and make adjustments to your practice based on the results we find. I am trained in safely teaching yoga to people with conditions such as osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s, dementia, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart conditions, scoliosis, COPD, even joint replacements. Not only am I able to offer safe postures and provide modifications, I also advise them how to move about in their daily lives safely, with their special health condition in mind.

Group classes of varying levels
- Restore/Yin yoga: Sundays 5:00-6:15pm
A slow meditative class, designed to restore and reboot with a series of holding postures that focus on stretching and breathing. This class is designed to alleviate soreness, work the connective tissues and fascia and give your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection.
2. Weekly mindfulness meditation class: Saturdays 9:00-10:15am
This is a weekly drop-in class for us to get together to meditate, learn and share. We will start each session with mindful movement, yogic breathing, examining the week’s theme followed by meditation. We will explore how to use these practices to navigate situations in our daily life. Whether you are looking to establish a regular meditation practice or for a group to practice with, these weekly drop-in sessions might be the perfect fit for you.
3. Vinyasa yoga: Saturdays 12:00-1.15pm
This is a challenging practice and is recommended for yogis who are ready for a physically demanding class, which includes arm balancing.
4. Guided meditation: Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 9:00-9:30pm EST, Fridays 8:00-8:30am
