About Anna

I was born in India, the land of yoga, and was immersed in the philosophy and practice of this path. My teachers are Tara Brach, Jon Kabat Zin, Jack Kornfield, Jonathan Foust and Thich Nhat Hanh. I live in the greater Washington DC area where I used to teach yoga and mindfulness meditation but since the COVID-19 pandemic I have moved all of my offerings online.
